LC Lauren Conrad Peplum Top

NWOT - never worn. Comfy and so cute! LC Lauren Conrad long sleeve peplum top. Elastic around neck, waist and wrists. Pretty light blue color with metallic silver stripes. Size XS (Extra Small). Super soft material! Measures 12.5" across stretchy elastic at waist when laying flat on floor. 22" from top of shoulder to bottom. 15" pit to pit. sleeve is 17" on inseam from under arm to elastic cuff at wrist and 22" from shoulder on outside of sleeve. Material is "flowy" 😉
