Brand new with tags. LC Lauren Conrad sheer blouse from Kohl’s . Part of the Malibu Blue Collection. Tunic length high-low hem. Black with taupe colored dots. Mandarin open collar with quarter button down. Pullover style. Really nice style. Very feminine. The back is hard to see because it is so sheer, but it has really nice pleating, so it is very flowy. Measures about 36” long to the back hem and 26.5” to the front hem, 21” wide under armpits.
