💙🦚 Beautiful, nearly peacock-blue blouse with a black lace collar you can tie into a bow at the front. It also has shirring at the shoulders and flowy peasant sleeves. 👚 Not lined, so you may wish to wear another layer underneath. The buttons on the back are functional, but I found it was loose enough for me to slip over my head.
