LC Lauren Conrad steel blue/gray velour dress

Super-soft velour with a touch of spandex -' this dress has a beautiful drape and a gypsy boho vibe. Worn once, but does have a tiny rip/cut on the back side (see pic) that isn't noticeable while wearing. Could be worn with sandals in summer, or boots/tights in winter!
