NWT Size is L (US 14) or EU 44 I am 5’5” and it is knee length for me You can decide whether you want it to be a dress or a top. This is Turkish brand and mostly known for modest clothing so more likely was intended as a top with wide jeans or matching beige pants to make it a cute set. But you can also wear it as a dress!! Didn’t come with a belt but has belt loops Sleeves can be kept long sleeve or cuffed up and uses the button Fabric is SOOO SOFT I had it ironed before taking pics so it looks amazing and all tidied up!
