The Shifter by LD Tuttle. Convertible boot with snap closure straps & outer ankle zip in matte leather. Zip at outer ankle / Below the knee boot can be folded over just above zip, converting to high ankle boot / 2 sets up double straps reinforce shaft when worn tall or when folded down These are in excellent preowned condition. Scuffing on soles and a bit of creasing at the toes, but minimal. No marks or mars. Size IT39-1/2 which brand says is 9.5. 15.5" shaft, 3/4" heel.
