Yes again, u could wear with tights if u choose, I would suggest u take a "fashion leap" and select one of the "colors" in the skirt 2 give it a "pop" with the tights. dorisgreen @barbie032973, sorry but I 4got 2 answer ur question abt "is it 2 dressy"; it is the kind of skirt that can "be dressed up or down". Add a little"jacket", "statement jewelry" and u r good 2 go, dressed up.
