LEI Lotus blue dress

Light weight, blue-colored fabric, trapeze style flowy dress with pockets. Missing dress size-it maybe a one size fits most as it is flowy-style. Uneven hem shortest part is approx 33 in from shoulder seam to hem; approx 45 in. long at the lenthiest point. Chest area is approx 20 in. across from seam to seam. Upon close inspection you may notice some discoloration.
