This is LEMS Waterproof Chelsea Boot, a minimalist, wide toe-box, cushioned boot with a fully waterproof leather upper. This is one of LEMS most popular styles during winter or wet seasons, as it is truly comfortable and waterproofing design holds up incredibly well. This pair has been gently worn, and will arrive to you fully cleaned, sanitized (insoles included), and the leather freshly reconditioned. The outsole tread barely shows wear, and has been fully cleaned for your convenience. The only signs of wear are mild creasing in the leather, and a slight mark on the left insole. The leather is very soft and should easily mold to the next wearer! Sizing runs very small on these boots, according to LEMS unisex sizing system these are a men’s 9.5 and women’s 11.
