True Vintage Classics by Leslie Fay Dress, Size 10 Navy blue poly with white bows in a print all over. True Wrap with out the straps. It buttons inside and out. The outer button side has clasps inside also. Long sleeves. Two layers of sheer collar. Big, statement style. Ends around the knees on most. Some smocking in back at the waist, but not a lot of stretch left. It has stretched out.
