LEVIS - Vintage Style 3/4 Bell Sleeve Jacket

This is a special Jacket. It can be styled so many ways, the material is beautiful. The detail and cut give it such a unique look. I purchased this jacket at a Vintage store, not convinced it is but it looks vintage. There is a slight discoloration on the collar (please see photo) it is not very noticeable but it is there.
