LEVI’s Vintage Ribbed Racer Stripe Sleeve V Neck 70s 80s Grey White Sweater

So there are no tags anywhere on this sweater but I’m thinking it’s 70s or 80s. I think it’s a women’s! I put it on and am a size small and it was a bit big so I’m estimating a size medium. Please see measurements.
