White smocked dress with long elasticized puff sleeves and square neckline. Lined, has side slit in outer layer and lining. Missing tags but only worn once so no signs of wear. Slightly piratey or cottagecore depending on styling. Could work for a ren fair! Reposhing this item I purchased from @chelsealiv. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions?
