L'Epoque Serigraph Print Abstract by Bona De Mandiargues, Matted & framed, 1996

This vintage 1996 L'Epoque Serigraph Print Abstract by Bona De Mandiargues is matted and framed. It is part of a limited edition, number 233 of 350. It is signed in pencil and there is a Certificate of Authenticity from Park West Gallery on the back side. It is a serigraph in color on wove paper. The size of the serigraph itself, as detailed in the COA, is 10 and 5/16 by 7 and 1/16 inches. With the frame added, the overall size is 17 and 1/2 by 14 inches. It is in Excellent Vintage Condition, with no issues to report. There is glass in the frame, which accounts for any glare you may notice in the photos I have provided. Bona De Mandiargues was born in 1926 and passed away in 2000. He was largely inspired by the art and styles of the 1950's, which were dominated by Abstract Expressionism. That is a form of painting which prioritized expressive brushstrokes and explored ideas about organic nature, spirituality and the sublime. This framed artwork will be packed with care, protected on both sides with heavy cardboard, marked as "Do Not Crush or Bend" and sent USPS Priority for safety.
