coko90 @versatile1920 Hello, I would recommend a size medium. If you would normally wear a size large in shirts, you actually want to go down a size with the waist trainer. So medium should be perfect to start off with. 😊

coko90 @tomas2016 Hello, thank you for your interest. This does have good quality to it. its thin enough to wear under your clothes. I wear mine all the time. It looks great, you can't even tell. What's good about this is it has steel bones so it doesn't slip or move it stays put . Waist training has really helped accentuate my waist to make me look curvier. I love them ❤
