LIJA dress M (#720)

LIJA takes a basic style dress & Amps it up with simple details & a pretty sheen finish. Side zip & drawstring pull on the bottom. Skirt part of the dress is 19 inches from the bottom of the elastic waistband. Waistband is 13.5 inched across, but it is elastic & has some give for the perfect fit! & my favorite part? This dress has pockets:))
