LIKE NEW Black Sz Small Church Office Elastic Waist Lined Pleated Skirt

This skirt is size small and made by Kate Kasin. It is very gently worn, in like new condition, no rips or stains, might have some wrinkling with shipping. The elastic waist measures about 13" across and it is 27 1/2" in length. It is made with 98% polyester and 2% viscose and machine washable. Very nice skirt.
