*LIKE NEW* ERICA DAVIES, Black Mixed Fabric Layered Hem Cocktail Dress This cute dress is from Erica Davies and it is in an excellent condition. It's an all-black dress, but the dress is made from different types of fabric and details of metallic thread stripes. The bodice is made from a taffeta-type material with accents of satin, chiffon-like fabric, and the cotton blend fabric with shiny threaded stripes. There is a detail down the center of satin vertical pleats that accentuate the bust line and the top of the dropped hem. There are seam details along the bust cups and the along the empire waist. The straps are a wide satin-blend and go diagonal over the shoulders to the back. The skirt of the dress is similar to that of a shift dress, because it doesn't flare out--it's not meant to be tight fitting to the body, but it is cut more straight from the waist. The dropped hem is layered with all of the fabrics in the dress. There is a side zippered closure, and the straps are not adjustable but could easily be altered. There is an attached full length lining underneath. This dress is short and hits a bit above the knee on a person standing 5'4--Depending on height the length will vary. The dress is non-stretch.
