rgladstar Hi, Jodi, my order arrived but the backpack straps are missing. Im assuming this was just a mistake as it was advertised as a backpack. And I only ordered it because I needed a backpack. Thanks! It is in nice condition and lovely, but I’m afraid I won’t have any use for it unless it comes with its backpack straps. Thanks! Rosemary

jlm423 @rgladstar Oh my gosh, Rosemary, I’d completely forgotten that the straps weren’t convertible so I didn’t even realize they weren’t included. I am sure I have the backpack straps and will look for them shortly and get back to you. If not, I understand you’d need to return it.
