LIKE NEW: NAVY and WHITE Striped/Tie Dye dress

LIKE NEW: NAVY and WHITE Striped/Tie Dye dress Non smoking home. Wore possibly three times. I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my arm so I’m selling all dresses that show arms to be more careful :). Tie dye/stripes. Very dark navy and white. I selected black & blue as colors because the navy is very dark. Razorback,I’m 5’5” and it hits above ankles. I have a big bust - 34DD and it fits and looks really nice. Size medium-I’m usually a large but reviews said do size down and it was perfect
