@kdwkdw thank you! I googled it and there is a page on the T-Mobile website called T-Mobile device unlock. It talks about how to sign into your account and unlock it. Also, I had some more questions about the device. I’m a little cautious buying phones online. Is there anyway you can take a video of the device from all angles and post it on the listing? It’s easier for me to see it that way. No worries if you’d rather not.
