LILLI ANN Petite Vintage 60s Dress, Size Small

Gorgeous blue on blue dress by Lilli Ann. Based on the tag, this dress is from the 60s however it does have shoulder pads so it could be earlier. No label for size but the elastic waist measures 12" unstretched which would make this a size small. Very good condition with the exception of the missing belt, though the string loops are still intact.
