cosette_la @blakealexandra Hi, honestly, I think it will be tight for your chest. I am 32C and it's a bit tight on me, but usually I would use a pin to hold it down or I would wear a cute bra underneath and unbutton the first button on the chest and it looks super cute. I've seen a lot of influences do the same trick. :)
