Note this top is HANDMADE! Handmade, hand sewn Y2K inspired top that gives major Lisa Frank vibes! Hand made so no tags, is also reversable! Such a cute piece and one of a kind! The sleeves are 17 inches long from shoulder to end. Garment is 19.5 inches long from shoulder to hem. Waist is 13 inches across. Translates to roughly a size XS/S. Im modeling in photos and I am between XS and S, roughly 24 inch waist. Note I am also wearing a thin tank top underneath. Little stretch but the fabric is on the more flowy side.
