LISNER Exquisite Brooch 2"

This brooch is just beautiful. I wish you could see it sparkle. It is 2" tall with a boutique floral design. The metal is silver-toned and runs through the stems and leaves. The leaves and petals are white enamel. The center of the flowers consists of beautiful light blue rhinestones. Lisner is a highly regarded jewelry maker and the brooch is signed on the back. This brooch is in good vintage condition with wear and tarnish consistent with its age and prior use. The needle part of the pin is loose when opened but oK when it's hooked. Pre owned
