LITTLE JOURNEYS rose wrap skirt S M (J8)

Gorgeous cotton voile wrap skirt from Little Journeys. Two layers of different, yet coordinating painterly florals. Contrast waist tie. Tagged as S/M, fairly flexible in size, but this leans more toward M... Too big for me as a 4, I couldn't tie the waist tight enough. The smallest the waist goes is 32", so it will sit low on the hips on a S. Best for less than 36" waist. About 22" long at the shortest, 30" at the longest. Excellent condition, clean and ready to go.
