needfulthyngs You are having the worst day ever, with extreme pain in every part of your body and your loved ones think the best thing to say to you then is, “It’s not real. It’s all in your head. You still need to get out of bed and do your stuff normally. That’s the only way you’re gonna beat it.” They do have good intentions in their heart but they just do not understand the intensity of the pain. What do you say/do then? 😞 Sorry, I guess I’m just venting and it’s surely not helpful.

loveurcurves @needfulthyngs I’ve been isolating and I know that’s not the answer. Today I’m giving myself a day of rest no matter what any one thinks. Homeschooling my 2nd grader is making that a major challenge- but I got back up just for a few hours. Tomorrow I’ll try again. How’s the weather by you? Is it getting better? That really does have an impact.

needfulthyngs @loveurcurves Yes, the weather is getting better. And even better than that, yesterday felt almost normal. Hubby actually went to the office after a year. Kids went to school/college and I had my alone time at home. I was 99% pain-free for a couple of hours.!it was weird. I had forgotten how that felt. 😀 The crying thing; I did that, for 2 full days. You really should take your rest day when you need it.
