thecavinfamily @teec106 Hello, The waist laying flat is about 14 1/4" on one side so approx 28-29" but it does have a drawstring interior and I will post in the pics. It is a size small but keep in mind the style is not at all fitted it's an old school looser fit comfy track pant fit
