Great L.L. Bean crop pants are in very good condition. Fabric is a comfortable weight cotton with Lycra blend - I would describe as a poplin type fabric. Washes well and super comfy, has side zipper, cute mini-vent detail at hem. Perfect for a warm climate - on vacation or at home, balmy autumn day, neutral shade gives lots of options!
