@mariannagold I'm really bad at determining that because I am always cold. I went to LL Beans site and put in women's mountain jacket and it says the warmth rating is: WARM - All SEASON
Best for multiple seasons, milder temperatures and layering up for long adventures. Wear alone for lightweight comfort and weather protection and easily layer when cooler air comes along.
