zazacable @celwyman Hi! The skit is 23.75” long. The 13.25” measurement is taking a measure tape and measuring the skirt’s waist from one side to another with the skirt laid flat. You would double that measurement for your waist size (so 26.5” would be about the circumference of the skirt’s waist size).
