LLR Owl Maxi Skirt/Dress

Pains me to put this hard to find 🦄🦄🦄 skirt up for sale, but I just don’t get to wear her often and she deserves a new home. Slinky, soft, and stretchy, this piece can be worn as a skirt (fold over the waistband if you are petite or want a shorter profile) or a tube dress. I did both!
