LM Lulu floral bandage hoop dress.

I bought this in Vienna on my honeymoon. It’s hard to describe the material. Technically it’s polyester. But It’s like the stretchy bandaid Herve Legere dress material. The top is fitted and then the bottom almost falls like a hoop dress. Very cool look and worn only once. There is some slight discoloration to the inside straps because I wore it once to a wedding and spray tan must have slightly rubbed off. It doesn’t say which size but it fits me perfectly and I am a size zero.
