LOFT Black Dress with Chiffon Collar

This is a great little black dress, casual stretch jersey fabric with a nice drape, waist tie, packs small and doesn’t wrinkly much so it’s great for travel. Comfortable, and the chiffon detail adds something a little dressy. 38” shoulder to hem, 14.75” elastic waist with lots of stretch, 18.5” pit to pit.
