This beautiful blue and white striped dress from LOFT is both classic and unique. It’s made of a soft stretch knit jersey fabric and ties at the waist with a braided rope cord. The neckline is also gathered with a similar braided cord and opens to pretty keyholes across the top of the neckline. In excellent condition.
