LOFT Colorblock Ruffle dress

Beautiful pastel pink dress with black grosgrain ribbon detail. Ruffle details on the shoulder than look like bows and color lock section of neutral/pink on the dress. I wore this dress a few times. Waist measurement 13.5” shoulder to waist is 14” and shoulder to hem is 32.5”. Zipper closure in back and would look great with an accent belt. Also has linking. Size 0P
