Double layer skirt with elastic waist from Ann Taylor Loft. Fabric is grey with black elastic at the waist. Skirt pulls on and has pockets! Two different lengths of layers, plus a lining (pictured). 100% polyester, machine washable. A great transitional piece throughout the year. Wear dressy or casual - super cute with a tee.
