LOFT Elastic Waist Wool Mini Skirt Size M

I have 36 inch hips and this fit decently well there, but I have a 25 inch waist and it is baggy there. It's so cute but I wish it were a bit more a-line. If you are less curvy then this is a perfect skirt for the office with tights and boots. It hits just above the knee on me (I am 5'4).
