mhaarman @jenfisher719 Sorry it took so long! It's about 19in across the center laying flat. The bottom has the elastic band that's 16 1/2 when it's not stretched. I think it's plenty big enough! And congratulations! If you were interested I could lower the price for you and that way you could get the discounted shipping! Just let me know 😊
