LOFT OFF-SHOULDER DRESS 10 NWOT

Cold shoulder lace dress. I took out the tag, but never wore it because it is too tight. Fully lined with a tan slip. Lots of lace details everywhere Bust is 20.5 and length is 37.5/38 (the design of the lace is not straight and makes it 38 or 37.5).
