LOFT SCALLOPED POCKET SHIFT SKIRT (TALL)

NWT Loft skirt.Tall sized for extra length. All measurements made flat without stretching the garment (if it is stretchy). This skirt has some stretch and is lined, and the fabric has a nice weight to it. It has a cute scalloped hemline. Size 14T Waist distance is about 19 inches and length is about 23-24 inches depending on where it is in the scallop (see photo). Size 16T Waist distance is about 20 ½ inches and length is about 23-24 inches.
