vrumsey @555xnadia measurements for the bust is approximately 17.5”, the width at bottom is also approximately 17.5”, from shoulder to bottom is approximately 23. Material is 100% polyester. Yes, there is elastic across the bottom- it’s loose, not tight. Thanks for your interest!
