LOFT Skirt

Gorgeous skirt by LOFT Ann Taylor. Extremely flowy lightweight with underneath layer in black. the top of skirt is stretch it pulls nicely for extra room tightens with black rope ties with tassels on ends and silver wraps. just that is so pretty. has ruffle top. black with little white designs then a small ruffle then white stripes with black designs and some tiny red dots added. As you go for. it gets more designs. Absolutely beautiful skirt. go great from summer to fall with boots.states size XXS But I believe it could go todefinitely a regular Small. measurements are approximately lying flat waist unstretched 14" stretches up to 17". length from top to bottom 33". new without tags. gorgeous
