LOFT Sleeveless Floral Dress with notched neckline, XS

New with tags. XS, but would fit a S comfortably. Comes with a tie belt to accentuate waist. Dress has a liner and is not see-through. There is a small pull in the fabric on the back of the dress (shown in photos) that is not noticeable when dress is worn. Please message with any questions!
