LOFT Velvet Dotted Dress

Black shift dress with a bit of shape to it. Velvet dots on sheer top layer. Cinched wrists. Zips all the way up the back. Loved this dress enough to buy full price but never wore. LOFT runs large in my opinion - I normally wear a 2 or 4 in dresses, but typically a 0-2 in their dresses and blazers
