What is the waist circumference? Is it actually 29"?

@sel5260 so I have never taken a tape measure to pants before to measure the waist. It actually was looking closer to 32”. I thought these pants ran a bit on the snug size for an 8.

The waist should be 29" on an 8P... and the tag says 29"!! That's why I'm checking, b/c I don't want to get a supposed 29" waist that is actually much bigger! 😆
