Cropped black velvet jacket with subtle ruffle on the bottom. 3/4 length sleeves, very flattering one-button closing at front (jacket does close but the dress form is slightly too big!). Worn a handful of times over dresses or blouses for holiday parties. Some wear in the inside armpit area (deodorant) but nothing on the outside.
