LOFT button up blouse

Very cute Y2K vibe blouse. Black and white flowers with pearly cream buttons down the front. It has a square neckline and slight empire cut under the bust with smocked sleeves. Very flattering on and could be paired with jeans for fall or even cut off jean shorts for the summer! Dimensions shown in the pics. It’s labeled S but could easily fit a M.
