LOFT empire waist dress

This is a LOFT dress with a fitted waist and tie as shown (tie just needs to be ironed after shipping :) ). It has a V neck and cap sleeves. Very small hole from a pull in the back (can see in the last picture) due to the delicate fabric. The last photo also shows the liner under the skirt portion of the dress. It hits a few inches above the knee.
