LOFT petite black button convertible sleeve dress

This a fantastic black shirt dress that was worn once in Hawaii and washed once per labeled instructions. It features a mandarin collar, hidden fabric covered snap buttons down front and in pockets and arms, waist-tie, and a classy yet casual feel. The sleeves can be worn rolled up and secured with attached dashes or roll down to elbow to 3/4 sleeve length. Great for travel when you just want a dress in case you need one. Worked for me!!
